Market Stall Application Form
Got handmade goods, local produce, crafts, or other items to sell? We’d love to have you join our market stalls on the day. Please download the form below to apply for a stall site, including your stall type, power and space requirements and Insurance details. Applications are reviewed by the ECP Committee, and stall sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once approved.

Food Vendor Application Form
Bringing food or drinks to sell at the event? All food vendors must complete this application, including details of your menu, relevant food safety certification and Insurance details. Please note that food stallholders are responsible for their own council food safety registration where applicable.
